As a busy professional you have meetings and conferences and appointments that need your personal attention, but you don’t have the time to research all the airline prices or finding a great hotel that is close to where you will be. I can help take this tedious task and make sure your budget is kept and you don’t have to worry about missing your meeting or appointment.

Calendar management and scheduling
Is your calendar a mess? Are you always forgetting about an appointment or double booking yourself? Let me manage your calendar and make sure your appointments and meetings are scheduled and manageable for you. I will gladly manage one calendar per month and make sure all your meetings and appointments are scheduled.

Creating and managing reports, forms, newsletters, documents & correspondence
The lifeblood of any good business are the reports and documents that are needed to make sure the business is running efficiently, and clients are getting the attention they need. If you need a beautiful, yet functional, spreadsheet to include in a client proposal or you need a stunning document for a shareholder, I can take those tasks off your to-do pile and make sure they are completed fast and professionally.

Data entry into spreadsheets, databases and CRM systems
In every business there is always something that needs to be entered into a spreadsheet or a document completed with relevant information or leads entered into your CRM, but who has time for that? Me! To make sure your business continues to run smoothly I can do these tiresome, but needed tasks for you.

On average, a business owner can get hundreds of emails a week! Are you afraid that you might miss some important emails or lose a follow-up email? Now you don’t have to worry! Collecting past due balances
No one likes to hound customers about payments, but it is a very necessary part of a business. If you hate to make these calls – let me! I have been in the credit and collections field for my entire career and I am very comfortable reaching out to past due customers with a friendly reminder that services/products need to be paid for, all the while making sure they remain happy and loyal customers/clients.

Inbound and outbound calls
Is your phone always ringing off the hook? Do you have to stop what you are doing to answer the phone to find out that it was just a pesky telemarketer? I can take those phone call for you and bring the relevant ones to your attention, making your business run smoother.

Responding to customer inquiries
All great companies start with providing great customer service and responding to customers inquires is a vital part of that. With my extensive customer service background, I love answering customers questions and helping with any issues they have. I am skilled at responding via phone or email. A happy customer is a repeat customer and I make sure with every interaction that the customer knows that you care about their questions or issues and that they will be handled promptly and efficiently.

Taking orders and follow-up
Do you have a product or service to sell to customers? Well then you need someone (besides you) taking those orders and following up with the customers to make sure they are happy with their purchase. I am not a sales rep but I do have experience making sure customer’s orders are taken and the always forgotten follow-up is done to provide that extra bit of customer love that will bring repeat customers.

Do you have an email list that needs engagement, but you don’t have time to set up email campaigns and autoresponders to let the world know about your products and services? I have experience setting up email campaigns and making sure your autoresponders are responding!

I set up my own website and the website of a volunteer group that I am a part of using WordPress. I am very knowledgeable of all the capabilities this platform has and I can manage your website with ease and make sure your blog posts are entered so they can be enjoyed.

Researching various subjects online
The fun part of the age we live in, is the Internet! You can find anything you want to know! But this can also be a painstaking task that most business owners don’t have time to do. But I have the time! Give me a subject and let me work the Internet’s magic for you to find the information you are looking for.

Posting content on social media
In this day and age, social media has become a huge part of today’s business functions. I am not a writer but I will be happy to post your content on all your social media platforms to make sure prospective and current clients know what is new and exciting in your business.
